Perfect Getaway Spot Positive: The room (Cozy Retreat) was bigger than it appeared on the photo. Each bedroom was soundproof and had individaul temperature controls. Dorm fridge and coffee pot in the room. Though the 1st floor was a shared space with other guests, it was large enough to space out if you chose, or mingle if you wanted. Met serveral very interesting guests and enjoyed conversations around the campfire. Really appreciated having 2 kayaks for guest use, and having dry wood for campfires available. Kitchen was well equipped. We visited multiple breweries in PEC, and the house was an average of 30-40 minutes from clusters of breweries. Negative: Mosquitos were very active, particularly at dusk. Be sure to bring DEET bug repellent if you want to sit outside.
